}| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
concurrency_limit |
integer | Most calls the workspace can run at once. New workspaces start at 20. |
current_concurrency |
integer | Calls counted as active: ongoing calls created in the last 3 hours plus registered calls created in the last 10 minutes. |
reserved_inbound_concurrency |
integer | Slots that outbound and web calls must leave free, so inbound calls can still connect. Capped at concurrency_limit. |
burst_enabled |
boolean | Whether calls above the limit are admitted up to the burst ceiling. |
burst_concurrency_limit |
integer | With burst on, the lower of concurrency_limit * 3 and concurrency_limit + 300. With burst off, equal to concurrency_limit. |
