Get platform usage

Read this month's metered usage outside call cost: contact memory, AI QA minutes and Conductor credits.

Returns this calendar month's (UTC) usage that is billed outside call cost. Each charge is also a negative usage transaction in Get billing. Any role can call it.

Request#

This endpoint takes no path, query or body parameters.

Field	Type	Description
`from`	integer	Start of the current month (UTC), Unix ms.
`contact_memory`	object	Conversations saved to contact memory, at $0.01 each.
`qa`	object	AI QA minutes analysed. The first 100 minutes each month are free, then $0.15 per minute. `free_minutes_remaining` counts down from 100.
`conductor`	object	Paid Conductor credits, at $0.30 each.

Errors#

Status	When
`401`	Missing or invalid API key.
`403`	The key's IP allowlist or scopes reject the request. This route needs the `admin` scope.
`429`	Rate limit exceeded. See Rate limits.
