Delete SIP trunk

Delete a workspace SIP trunk and move its numbers back to per-number provisioning.

Needs keys Deletes a SIP trunk. Tried first detaches every attached number (sip_trunk_id becomes null), deletes the shared LiveKit trunks and dispatch rule, then runs provisioning again for each detached number on its own. Check each number's provisioning_status afterwards. An imported number with no termination_uri of its own ends up with error until you give it one with Update phone number. LiveKit steps need LIVEKIT_URL; without it, mock mode records them in List telephony operations.

Response#

204 No Content

The response has no body. The numbers stay in your workspace.

Errors#

Status	When
`401`	Missing or invalid API key.
`403`	The key's IP allowlist or scopes reject the request. This route needs the `numbers` scope. Members get `The member role is read-only`.
`404`	`SIP trunk sip_trunk_... not found` in this workspace.
`429`	Rate limit exceeded. See Rate limits.
