Resolve agent version

Turn a version reference such as prod or latest_published into a version number.

Returns the version number a reference points at, and the tag when the reference is a tag. Beyond Retell

A reference is a number, a numeric string, latest (the newest version), latest_published, or an environment tag name. A tag that points at no version resolves to the latest published version.

tag is null unless ref is a tag name.

Errors#

Status	When
`400`	Unknown reference, or the reference points at no published version.
`401`	Missing or invalid API key.
`403`	The key's IP allowlist or scopes reject the request. This route needs the `agents` scope.
`404`	The agent does not exist. Not checked when `ref` is a number.
`429`	Rate limit exceeded. See Rate limits.
