Get call PCAP

Packet captures are not stored; this route explains where to get SIP signalling instead.

This route exists for Retell path parity. Tried does not store packet captures: a PCAP needs a capture point on an SBC or media host. For a known call the route returns 404 with a message that points to Get call SIP trace.

404 Not Found in every case.

Errors#

Status	When
`401`	Missing or invalid API key.
`403`	The key's IP allowlist or scopes reject the request. This route needs the `calls` scope.
`404`	Always: either the call does not exist or no PCAP is stored.
`429`	Rate limit exceeded. See Rate limits.
