Get QA cohort overview

Read the aggregate scores of a QA cohort: averages, pass rates, per-criterion and per-metric results, and a daily series.

Returns the numbers behind the cohort's Overview charts, computed from all of its results.

Field	Type	Description
`average_score`	number or null	Average percent of criteria passed.
`resolution_rate`	number or null	Share of results resolved, with overrides applied, 0 to 1.
`latency_avg_ms`	integer or null	Average of each call's median end-to-end latency.
`overrides`	integer	Results with a human pass or fail label.
`criteria`	object[]	Pass rate (0 to 1) per criterion.
`weighted_score_average`	number or null	Average `weighted_score`.
`pass_rate`	number or null	Share of results that passed, with overrides applied.
`metrics`	object[]	Per configured metric: results where it applied, average score, average raw value and pass rate.
`daily`	object[]	Per day of the call start time in `tz`: calls, average score and resolution rate.

The null values appear when the cohort has no results.

Errors#

Status	When
`401`	Missing or invalid API key.
`403`	The key's IP allowlist or scopes reject the request. This route needs the `analytics` scope.
`404`	No cohort with that ID in the workspace: `QA cohort <id> not found`.
`429`	Rate limit exceeded. See Rate limits.

Retell's public API reference has no AI QA endpoints, so this route has no Retell SDK equivalent.
